"A spiritual practice is one that makes you happy, healthy, and whole. It's not a form of escapism, but rather just the opposite. It allows you to take full responsibility for what you create, moment-to-moment in your life." ~ Dr. Sam A. Mielcarski, DPT, Qi Gong Instructor, Woodstock presenter
In the midst of challenging times, Dr. SAM has weighed in with some spiritual inspiration, highlighting some simple, but profound steps we can follow to help make the planet a better place now, as well as in the future once this is all over.
One of the keys is definitely...
Dr. SAM reminds us that taking a few quiet minutes a day to reflect with love toward what we want for the world is a powerful practice. When you feel as though you can't 'do' much, remember your role as a member of this planet's collective consciousness.
By focusing on our spiritual practice and how we can help others, we feel empowered to leave a positive mark, rather than discouraged by what we can’t control.
We'll let Dr. SAM take it from here.
Think of 2 things you could do now to
♥ Connect with your spirit, your higher self. Perhaps work on your meditation or yoga practice. Or read that special book. Or plant a tree.
♥ Brighten up someone's day, support them in some way. Maybe reach out to a friend you haven't talked with for a while. Or handwrite a letter to someone and tell them how much they mean to you. Or foster a kitten.
Then do it.
We breathe life into our cells and into each other, holding the highest intentions of love, unity, and harmony for humanity and others— the plants, the trees, and the animals.
